Returns and Cancellations

We do not accept returns or refunds of merchandise except in the case of initial defects.

If you contact us within 5 days of receipt of your order, we will accept exchanges for wrong size, color, etc. as long as the product has not been used.

Return shipping charges
In the case of initial defects or wrongly shipped items, we will accept returns with payment on delivery.

In the event of long-term absence or refusal to receive the product after the order has been confirmed and shipped, the customer will be required to place a new order or reship the product.
Please note that we may refuse to accept another order or reshipment if you are absent for a long period of time or refuse to pick up your order after it has been confirmed and shipped.
If you refuse to pick up your order or return it due to long-term absence, you will be charged for the round-trip shipping fee.
Please be aware that we may refuse to accept your order or reship the item again.
We do not accept any returns due to customer’s reasons, such as a different image or feeling after trying on the item.

About Cooling-Off
The cooling-off policy is applicable to cases in which a customer enters into a contract unexpectedly or under a false impression, such as door-to-door sales, catch sales, etc. In online sales, the cooling-off policy is applicable only when the customer enters into a contract of his/her own will. In the case of online sales, cooling-off is not applicable because the purchase procedure is carried out based on the customer’s own will.

Delivery time We will ship on the same day for orders received by 4:00 p.m. For orders received after 4:00 p.m., we will ship the next day. Arrival time depends on the region, but will be within one week from the next day at the earliest.

Payment deadline In case of COD, please pay to the staff at the time of pickup.
